Stade Francais outside back has been banned for 5 weeks after he was red-carded against Clermont in round three of the competition.
Ensor was red carded in the 69th minute of the match after he dumped Clermont lock Flip van der Merwe on his head at a ruck.
The entry point of the suspension for this incident is normally 10 weeks but due to the player's clean record it has been cut in half.
Meanwhile, Toulon centre Mathieu Bastareuad has been handed a 5-week ban after he was shown a straight red card against Castres.
Ensor is free to play again on 14 October.
