Watch: Francois Louw cited for alleged contact with eye area

Bath Rugby back-row Francois Louw has been cited for an alleged contact with the eye area of Benetton Rugby second row Marco Fuser.

It remains unclear whether the Springbok tried to gouge his opponent from the footage but his hands are quite visibly placed on Fuser's face.

The incident took place in the 77th minute of Bath's 23-0 victory over Benetton Rugby at the Rec on Saturday. 

The plot has thickened dramatically since the EPCR today released their disciplinary hearings as Fuser has now also been cited for biting Louw during the confrontation.
