Scrum-half
Rhys Webb looks set to return from a foot
ligament injury in February according to the Osprey's medical department.
Webb sustained the injury during injury
in Rugby World Cup warm-up action for Wales last year and hasn't played since September.
Ardron is looking at up to eight weeks on the sidelines.
"Tyler is suffering from a
fused knee post surgery and on the advice of the advice of the specialist responsible for his
care we need to give him time to let the swelling settle down, which means that
he is looking at another six to eight weeks before he will be in a position to
return to playing,” said Chris
Towers, Medical Performance Manager at the Ospreys.
