Will Chris Henry return to action against Cardiff
After suffering a mini stroke before Ireland’s game against South Africa in November it seemed as if Chris Henry’s rugby career was over and he was going to be forced to retire. However Henry has had an operation and worked very hard to rehabilitate himself and could make his first appearance back on the rugby field after being selected on the bench for Ulster’s game against Cardiff Blues on Friday. It is great news for Ulster and for Ireland with Henry now looking to make his way back into the starting XV and secure his place back in the Ireland squad for the World Cup in September.
Can Leinster defeat Glasgow in a must win game for the Blues
With only five games left time is running out for Leinster to secure a top four finish and a place in the semi-finals and they will look to win their remaining four games starting with Glasgow Warriors on Friday night. Both sides have selected strong squads to start the game but there will be more pressure on Leinster who know that a defeat will make matters even more difficult for them. As for Glasgow they sit at the top of the table at the moment and know that a win at the RDS would all but seal a semi-final place for them.
Who will be in 6th place come the end of the weekend
The race for the 6th spot is heating up as the season draws to a close with three sides still in the running for a place in next years Champions Cup. Connacht are currently in 6th at the moment but will find it hard to remain there for another weekend unless they can defeat Munster at Thomond Park. The other two sides still in the hunt meet on Saturday as the Scarlets entertain Edinburgh. The Scarlets know that a win for them will put them back into 6th if Connacht are to lose to Munster, while Edinburgh will look for a win to move them ahead of the Scarlets and level on points with Connacht.
