PRO14 Highlights: Ospreys v Cheetahs

Ospreys left it late to snatch a 27-26 win over the Cheetahs at Liberty Stadium. The visitors got of to a flying start with Torsten van Jaarsveld and Reniel Hugo scoring to give the Cheetahs an early 14-0 lead. Sam Davies closed the deficit with a penalty and put Ospreys on the board just before the interval. Ashley Beck crossed the white-wash two minutes into the second half and from here it was game on. Nico Lee scored for the Cheetahs two minutes later with a superb solo effort as he ran it in from 60 metres. The hosts were able to cancel this score out with a try from Sam Cross as he powered his way over from close range as the clock hit 55. Winger Craig Barry picked off an intercept pass two minutes later which put the Cheetahs in a strong position to close out the game. However, a late penalty kick from Sam Davies and score from Ifan Phillips gave Ospreys victory right at the death. FT Ospreys 27 Cheetahs 26.
