Michael Ruru signs two-year deal with Western Force

The Western Force have re-signed scrumhalf Michael Ruru for two more seasons, after a strong start to his Super Rugby career playing nine games for the Western Australian club.

"It’s been pretty amazing, I really didn’t expect to get as much game time as I have this season. I knew it was going to be tough, but I feel I have brought something that fits to the way we play the game," commented Ruru.

The scrumhalf has had a remarkable rise to Super Rugby, starring in the Pindan Premier Grade since 2012, before three quality seasons with the Perth Spirit in the National Rugby Championship.
