McGinity becomes Warriors Head of Rugby Recruitment

Warriors have boosted the Rugby Management set-up at Sixways by appointing Jan McGinity as Head of Rugby Recruitment. 

McGinity said: "Having been a consultant at Warriors and seen the developments with the Club on and off the pitch, this was too good an opportunity to turn down. 

"Much of my role is to focus on us becoming a competitive and largely English-qualified squad, supplemented with international players bringing their experience and looking for the opportunity to play and be coached in the world-class facilities at Sixways.”

Working to the Warriors leadership team of Head Coach Carl Hogg and Performance Director Nick Johnston, McGinity, a Consultant at the Club since 2013, will focus on identifying and securing talent to bring to Sixways.
