Los Pumas Call Up Leicester Tigers Tighthead

Mario Ledesma has called up yet another overseas-based front rower following his side's victory over the Springboks. 

Leicester Tigers tighthead prop Gaston Cortes joins the squad ahead of Argentina's two away tests against New Zealand and Australia. 

Cortes is the third overseas-based player to join the squad after Juan Figallo and Facundo Bosch joined the squad earlier in the competition.

The 32-year-old last represented the national side in 2014 and was part of the same under 20 side as Augustin Creevy in 2006.

Cortes will be available to Leicester Tigers for their opening game against Exeter Chiefs but will leave the following day to link up Los Pumas.
