Evans agrees new Sale Sharks deal

All Blacks lock, Bryn Evans, has agreed a new three-year deal with Sale Sharks.

Commenting on the new deal, Director of Rugby Steve Diamond said: "Bryn was outstanding during his first season and was a model of consistency for us, just missing one game.

"He is highly respected within the squad and is just the type of player we need to help us achieve our ambitions at Sale Sharks."

Bryn joined Sharks from Biarritz before the start of last season after playing three seasons in the Premiership with London Irish.
