Edinburgh's Sykes banned for dangerous tackling

22 year-old Marshall Sykes has been slapped with a 3-match suspension for dangerous tackling against Zebre Parma. 

The incident occurred in the 44th minute of the URC Round 16 encounter. 

The Judicial Officer concluded that Sykes’ actions met the threshold of a red card and was worthy of further sanction. Marshall could have been handed a 6-week suspension, however, his clean record and behaviour during the disciplinary process saw him cop only three.
