Disciplinary: Ben Brownlie, Cambridge Rugby

Ben Brownlie, Cambridge Rugby, was charged with conduct prejudicial to the interests of the union and the game, contrary to RFU Rule 5.12, for physical contact with a ball boy during the game against Ampthill on 21 October 2023.  

His case was heard by an independent disciplinary panel, chaired by Oliver Clark sitting with Matthew Hearsum and Veryan Boscawen.  

The player pleaded guilty and was banned for six weeks.
