Challenge Cup Highlights: La Rochelle v Gloucester Rugby

Gloucester come away with the hard-fought victory against La Rochelle and in doing so qualify for the Challenge Cup final and become the first side to win at the Stade Marcel Deflandre this season. It was a very close game throughout and either side could have snatched it at the death as the difference between victory and defeat came down to just a missed kick. Both sides managed to get over the try-line on one occasion, with Burns going over first for the visitors and Lagrange hitting back for the hosts. All that was in it was Brock James missed conversion at that stage and he had two more chances to win it. He missed his mark from a long-range drop-goal and penalty late in the game.
