Brown ruled out of Saracens clash with concussion

England full-back Mike Brown has been ruled out of Harlequins' Premiership showdown with Saracens at Wembley after showing signs of concussion after the Six Nations win over France.



Brown will not play again until April 11 after experiencing dizziness earlier this week.

Ross Chisholm will replace him at Wembley.



The 29-year-old was knocked unconscious during the opening stages of England's 47-17 win over Italy in February and missed the defeat by Ireland before returning to face Scotland.
