27-year-old Radradra was confirmed to have signed for Bristol back in November and will join the club ahead of the 2020/21 campaign.
Heading to Stade Chaban-Delmas from Hurricanes, Lam is best known to New Zealand rugby fans as a destructive try-scoring force who represented the New Zealand sevens team.
He was a member of the Blues 2016 squad before for Super Rugby side Hurricanes for in October 2016.
He had limited opportunities at the Hurricanes during 2017 with just one start, but came off a strong Mitre 10 Cup campaign with Wellington that saw him score six tries and start 11 of the team’s 12 matches.
In April 2018, the versatile player signed a two-year extension with Hurricanes and emerged as one of the genuine standouts of that year's Super Rugby, crossing for a competition-leading eight tries.
He came into the 2020 Super Rugby season with 38 caps for the Canes.
