All Blacks slip to a new world rankings low

New Zealand's 26-10 defeat at the hands of the Springboks has seen them slip to a new low of fifth in World Rugby rankings.
The All Blacks were demoted to an all-time low of fourth place after their series-deciding defeat to Ireland in July and have fallen even further down the rankings in defeat to South Africa.
Ian Foster's side created unwanted history in their opening game of the 2022 Rugby Championship on Saturday in Nelspruit losing three test matches in a row for the first time since 1998.
It was the All Blacks' heaviest defeat to the Springboks since South Africa returned from international isolation in 1992. It was also the second largest victory that the Springboks have claimed over New Zealand in their history falling just short of their 17-0 win in Durban in 1928.
The 16-point loss means that the All Blacks slip into fifth place on the world rankings with England moving ahead of them into fourth.
The victory for South Africa has improved their rating to 89.41, which is equal to second-placed France but Les Bleus rating is higher when rounding up to three decimal places, meaning they rating second place behind Ireland.
Australia's 26-41 bonus point victory over Argentina has had no impact on the rankings besides the Wallabies increasing their rating from 82.17 to 83.86.
The Wallabies are now 2.39 rating points behind New Zealand.
The World Rankings are officially updated every Monday after a test weekend and the new top 10 will be:
