There wasn't much between the two teams but the experience of captain and Man of the Match Richard McCusker certainly played a big hand in the win. Newport cant be too hard on themselves as they should a lot of resilience in defence and made good opportunities when they attacked from deep. However the home team just outclassed them with the extra experience being the key factor.
