A very disappointing game here in Wales ends with the home side coming away victorious. They probably deserved their win in the end with standout performances from Liam Williams, Rhys Patchell and Aled Davies. Connacht are still languishing at the bottom of the table with no points after this loss. They will be hoping to turn this poor run of form around next week against Edinburgh.
All those things that went their way are missing this season, well done Scarlets well deserved victory
The ball is knocked on and George Clancy blows his whistle for full time
Huge tackle on Carty by Jonathan Davies and Scarlets have the ball now
Rhys Patchell knocks on Jonathan Evans's pass and this might be Connacht's last chance to get a losing bonus point
Carty kicks across to Healy who knocks on
Connacht now back in their own half
Poor performance from Connacht. Where are those great handling skills gone?
Connacht win a penalty and kick up to the Scarlets 10
People were thinking McGinty and Henshaw were big losses for Connacht, Muldowney was bigger imo.
