Full time and as many expected New Zealand have recorded a heavy 79-5 victory. Kazakhstan got a try which they fully deserved and should give them some confidence going forawrd. They battled defiantly throughout but New Zealand were just a class above and they showed it.

With Kazakhstan looking like maybe getting a try, New Zealand turn the ball and break downfield with Brazier crossing to finish the half with a try. 38-0 at the break.

Two tries in quick succession from Huriana Manuel and Selica Winiata both of which were converted by Kelly Brazier means they stretch their lead to 33.

Third try to New Zealand. To their credit, Kazakhstan had been showing some decent promise and putting together some play but once the Ferns got possession some slick hands put Eloise Blackwell in under the posts. 19-0

Doesn't take long for the Ferns to open their account and they are 7 up after 2 minutes. Centre Huriana Manuel goes down the side-line and crosses. Fly-half Kelly Brazier converts. 7-0
