Great defence from Montpellier created a loose pass from Clermont which was collected by Anthony Tuitavake, with quick hands allowed Francois Trinh-Duc to break a tackle and run in for Montpellier's 3rd try of the game.

Similar to the first half a very early penalty this time from the boot of Jonathan Pelissie. Not the start Clermont would have hoped for.

Francois Trinh-Duc gets us kicked off to start the second half of this Top 14 encounter. Montpellier are really in the driving seat but Clermont have plenty of time to get themselves back in the game.

Referee Salem Attalah blows for half time with Montpellier heading in at the break with a very convincing lead of 23 points.
