Geraghty fails to add the extras and the score remains at 11-3. Fergus Mulchrone returns to the field of play after his 10 minute spell in the bin.

And remarkably, London Irish manage to hold on! Only to go down the opposite end of the pitch and subsequently set up a shot at goal. Geraghty makes no mistake once more, 2 from 2 for the afternoon to put London Irish back in the lead.

Wave after wave of Stade Francais pressure sees London Irish forced to give away numerous penalties. Referee Neil Paterson has had enough and shows the yellow card - centre Fergus Mulchrone the guilty party. London Irish will certainly have to dig deep to defend the line with a man down.

Hello all and welcome to Ultimate Rugby’s coverage of what seems to be the feature game of this round of the Amlin Challenge Cup matches with London Irish playing host to Stade Francais in the Madejski Stadium. It’s first versus second here in this tight Pool 5 clash, with both teams already beginning to assert their dominance on the pool having one both of their opening matches.
