A swinging arm to the head - only a yellow? Plus the new laws say it doesn't matter if the person being tackled ducks...

At the interval it is Leinster that hold a commanding 24-3 lead in what has been a relatively one sided affair at the RDS. The hosts opened the scoring with a great team try finished off by Nacewa. Soon after Leinster doubled their lead thanks to great link up play between Nacewa and Conan, with the flanker touching down. On the thirty minute mark, Adam Byrne claimed try no.3 after a magnificent take under the high ball by the winger. Francois Steyn was shown red for his dangerous tackle on Sexton and it has certainly had an impact on the scoreline as Montpellier struggle to handle Leinster's tempo with 14 men.
