That was disgusting
An outrage. Plain and simple.
Gloucester can't lose at home the referees don't allow it, just go back to the Worcester game last year
Arse.
Unbelievable try from Northampton, worthy of winning any game. North took out all of his frustration from the game as he gathered a kick deep in his own 22 and danced and raced passed numerous Gloucester chasing players. The winger took the ball to half-way where he fed flanker Calum Clark who got it to his sides other winger Jamie Elliot and he raced in underneath the posts to score what should be the game winning try. Meyler converts.
Stunning try!
The frustrating afternoon for George North continues. Just as the towering winger raced clear of the Northampton defence the play was brought back for a forward pass against center Luther Burrell who fed North. Replays aren't too conclusive and it's sure to be a talking point after the game.
Both sides making wholesale changes in the hope the fresh legs can make a difference in the last 10. Northampton need to make something big happen in order to reel in this 6 point lead.
Try for Gloucester! Northampton never really cleared the danger and the pressure from Gloucester eventually told. James Simpson-Daniel showed his class and experience as he picked off tackle after tackle before cleverly off-loading to Elliot Stooke for the big second-row to score on his first Premiership start. Freddie Burns continues his erratic form from the tee and fails to convert.
Burns turns down an easy 3 points and instead goes quick hoping to catch Northampton napping. Burns was held up just short as were the Gloucester pack in their next few efforts and eventually Northampton turn it over. Will Gloucester and Burns regret the decision?
