We... are... underway
A very good evening from the famous Murrayfield. Tonight Edinurgh host the Dragons in an epic enocunter. The Rugby World Cup is over and we are ready for some club footbll.
Richard Cockerill’s side were the victims of an unexpected ambush in Treviso as they succumbed to a narrow 18-16 loss, while Dragons suffered a 50-15 defeat at the fortress-resembling RDS Arena.
And Cockerill has welcomed back several Scotland internationals returning from World Cup duty, bringing in John Barclay and Ben Toolis to a team who have ran in seven tries in each of their first two Guinness PRO14 home games this season.
Dragons, therefore, will be preparing for a busy evening of defending, as Dean Ryan makes one change in the midfield by bringing in Jack Dixon to partner Adam Warren – who is set to make his 100th appearance for the club.
