The Lions edge the Cheetahs 28-25 after the sides were dead locked at 6-6 at halftime. The Cheetahs started the second half strongly and led 16-6, but the Lions responded with the lead changing hands numerous times throughout the second half. The Lions crossed for three tries to just the one of the Cheetahs which ultimately proved the difference between the teams.
