Hello all and welcome to Ultimate Rugby’s coverage of the 10th round of French Top 14 fixtures with Bayonne playing host to Montpellier at the Stade Jean Dauger. Both teams suffered disappointing losses in their respective European competitions last week and will certainly be looking to make amends this evening. For Bayonne, controversy surrounding their star scrum-half Mike Phillips dominated the press this week, but struggling in the league so far, Bayonne will be looking to put it behind them and go out and get their 4th win of the campaign. Montpellier on the other hand will be rather satisfied with their opening to the campaign, lying in 2nd place, they will surely be looking to be the first winners of the weekend and put the pressure on leaders Toulon. All very much to play here on what should be a cracking game of rugby – be sure to stay tuned!
