Len Ikitau, born on October 1, 1998, is an Australian rugby union player known for his role as a centre.
He currently plays for the Brumbies in Super Rugby and has also represented Australia at the international level. Ikitau joined the Brumbies squad in 2019.
Although born in Australia, Ikitau spent his early years in New Zealand before returning to Australia at the age of 12.
He played rugby league at Marsden State High School, a renowned NRL-nursery. Later, he received a scholarship to Brisbane Boys College, a prestigious boarding school.
Ikitau's talent as a hard-running midfielder with a strong left foot became evident as he helped the Canberra Vikings reach the NRC Final in 2017.
He was then selected for the Australia U20 side for the World Championships in France in 2018.
After relocating to Brisbane in 2016, Ikitau joined the Brumbies Academy. In late 2018, he earned a promotion to the wider Super Rugby squad in preparation for the 2019 season.
He made his debut for the Brumbies against the Blues, showcasing his immense potential and skill as a game-changer.
Known for his abilities in both attack and defense, Ikitau excels as a traditional number thirteen. He possesses a booming left foot and consistently performs beyond expectations.
