Originally from the Waikato, Norris is a strong lineout option and ball runner for his Marist club.
He made his Tasman Mako debut in the 2019 season playing off the bench in the 2019 Mitre 10 Cup Premiership win.
Norris heads into the 2020 Mitre 10 Cup season having made 6 appearances for Tasman.
