Nakajima Isileli (中島 イシレリ) is a talented rugby union player who was born in Tonga on 9 July 1989. He represents Japan internationally and currently plays for the Kobelco Steelers in the Japanese Top League. Nakajima is primarily a prop but has showcased his versatility by playing in the back row and second row as well.

Nakajima made his debut for the Japanese national team on 3 November 2018 in a match against New Zealand. His performance earned him a spot in the Japanese squad for the 2019 Rugby World Cup, which was held in Japan for the first time in history. Throughout the tournament, Nakajima made seven appearances, showcasing his skills and commitment to the team.

Nakajima's journey in rugby began when he moved to Japan as a teenager after being scouted by a Japanese university coach. His decision to adopt his wife's surname was both a personal choice to challenge societal norms and a symbol of his respect and love for his wife and adopted home.
