Guido Petti Pagadizábal is an Argentine rugby union player who primarily plays as a lock or flanker. He was born on 17 November 1994.
Petti currently plays for Bordeaux Begles in the Top 14 league in France and represents the Argentina national rugby union team.
Petti started his rugby career with San Isidro Club in the Torneo de la URBA, the top-level rugby competition in Argentina.
In 2016, he joined the Jaguares, Argentina's Super Rugby team. In 2020, he made a move to France and started playing for Bordeaux Begles in the Top 14.
On the international stage, Petti has represented Argentina at various levels. He was a member of the Argentina Under-20 side that competed in the 2013 and 2014 IRB Junior World Championships.
He also played for the Argentina Jaguars side in 2013 and 2014 and was part of the Pampas XV during their 2014 tour of Oceania.
Petti made his senior international debut for Argentina, known as Los Pumas, on 14 November 2014 in a victory over Italy in Genoa. He was also part of the national team that competed at the 2015 Rugby World Cup.
Petti is known for his athleticism and versatility as a second-rower. He has represented Argentina at multiple levels, including the U18s and the Pampas XV in the Currie Cup. He was a key member of the Jaguares side that reached the Super Rugby final in 2019.
In December 2021, Petti signed a new contract with Bordeaux, extending his stay at the club until 2025. As of 2022, he has accumulated 66 test caps for Argentina, showcasing his experience and contribution to the national team.
