Fraser Brown, a talented hooker, has made significant contributions to both Glasgow Warriors and the Scottish national team throughout his career. He made his debut for Glasgow Warriors in February 2013 against Zebre and quickly established himself as a regular member of the first team. In August 2020, Brown achieved the milestone of 100 appearances for Glasgow Warriors in impressive fashion, scoring a try and earning the Player of the Match honors against Edinburgh at BT Murrayfield.

Brown's standout performances during the 2014/15 Guinness PRO12 title-winning season earned him a call-up to the 2015 Rugby World Cup squad, where he represented Scotland in all five matches. He also played a crucial role in Glasgow Warriors' historic run to their first-ever European Champions Cup quarter-final in the 2016/17 season. Notably, he scored a try in the memorable 42-13 victory over Leicester Tigers at Scotstoun in October 2016.

The journey of Brown's rugby career began when he signed for Glasgow in the summer of 2013 after being part of the 38-man squad for the Heineken Cup in 2012. He joined the club from Heriots, having experienced an injury setback while playing for the Scotland U20s in 2009.

Brown made his international debut for Scotland in 2013 as a replacement in a victory over Italy in the summer quadrangular tournament. While he has primarily earned his caps in the front row, Brown has showcased his versatility by also representing his country from the back-row, including a record-breaking 44-15 victory over Argentina in the summer of 2018. He represented Scotland in his second Rugby World Cup in 2019, demonstrating his adaptability by playing as both a hooker and an openside flanker in all four of Scotland's pool matches.

In the 2020 Guinness Six Nations, Brown reached the milestone of earning his 50th international cap, a significant achievement for a hooker. He marked the occasion by helping Scotland secure a memorable victory over France at BT Murrayfield. Brown's international journey began with his representation of Scotland at the Under 18 and Under 20 levels, including being selected as captain of the Under 20s in his second season. He made his senior debut for Scotland in 2013 during the quadrangular series in South Africa, where he played against Italy.

Throughout his career, Brown has been a consistent performer for Scotland, earning over 40 caps by December 2019. He has participated in various international competitions, including the Autumn Internationals, where he made appearances off the bench against Australia and started in a significant victory over Argentina. In 2017, Brown received a call-up to the Scotland Six Nations squad, adding to his previous five Six Nations appearances.

Currently under contract at Glasgow until at least May 2020, Brown has made over 90 appearances for the club. His contributions on and off the field led to him being named co-captain of Glasgow Warriors alongside Ryan Wilson in August 2020. With his experience, versatility, and leadership qualities, Fraser Brown continues to be a valuable asset for both club and country.
