Arcos Pérez signed for Súper Liga Americana de Rugby side Peñarol ahead of the 2021 Súper Liga Americana de Rugby season, before re-signing ahead of 2022 season
Known as a versatile player Pérez has represented the Uruguay national rugby union team, as well as the Uruguay national rugby sevens team.
Pérez made his international 15s debut for Uruguay against Brazil at Montevideo, Jul 25, 2021.
Ahead of the Rugby World Cup 2023, Perez has been named in the squad for Uruguay.
