Dragos Ser played for the Romania national under-20 rugby union team.
He spent 2 seasons at CSM București between 2017 and 2019.
Ser then signed for Steaua București where he currently plays.
In February 2020, he selected for Romania's national team making his international debut during Week 1 of 2020 Rugby Europe Championship against Georgia.
Ahead of the Rugby World Cup 2023, Ser has been named in the squad for Romania.
