Scottish-qualified Duncan has been playing with Bath University for four seasons and was also part of their BUCS Super Rugby side.
Whilst studying down in the South West Duncan also represented Bath Rugby in the A-League competition and in the Singha 7s competition.
Duncan was also selected for the England Students 7s side and toured Europe playing in high level competitions.
