Alexandre Borie began playing rugby in Biganos, Gironde. He joined the youth teams of Union Bordeaux-Bègles at the Cadet level. He notably played alongside our center, Martin Dulon, and together they won the French Cadet Alamercery Championship against Colomiers Rugby in 2016.
He also gained international experience with selections for the French U16, U18, and Sevens teams. During the 2021-2022 season, he joined Vannes and made his professional rugby debut in 2022 in Pro D2.
The fullback started against Nevers in the opening match. In his first season, he played 12 games. After a second year without playing in Brittany, he moved to Orléans in Fédérale 1 to revive his career.
This proved to be a wise move, opening the door to the Nationale league with Massy the following season. He has just completed a full year with the Paris-region club, playing 20 matches and scoring four tries. He also demonstrated his kicking prowess, finishing as the sixth-highest scorer in the league with 176 points.
