Isaacs is a Namibian rugby player who plays in the position of winger.
While attending Namib High School in Swakopmund, Isaacs was selected to represent Namibia's Under–16 side at the 2009 Grant Khomo Week competition and in 2010 at the Under-18 Academy Week competition. He also played for Namibia in the Under–19 All-African Cup competition.
In 2012 he joined the South African Sharks Academy and represented them in the U19 Provincial Championship, scoring 5 tries in 13 appearances. In 2013 he played in the U21 Provincial Championship, where he scored 3 tries and played again in the 2014 U21's scoring 4 tries. He made his Sharks debut on the 07 March 2014 against the Border Bulldogs in East London.
In 2020, Isaacs played for College Rovers in Durban South Africa. He currently plays for Namibia Rugby Club as well as the Namibian National team.
Recently Isaacs played for the South African side, the Boland Cavaliers.
Ahead of the Rugby World Cup 2023, Isaacs has been named in the squad for Namibia.
