Leleimalefaga, who has won two caps for Samoa, was part of his country's World Cup squad in 2007.
The loose-head prop moved to Sixways after eight years with French Top 14 side Montpellier.
In May 2017, Brive confirmed the signing of the Samoan for the 2017/18 season.
