Frost made a real impact for Cornish Pirates when he enjoyed two loan spells from Taunton during the 2016/17 season.
He featured in 10 matches and scoring two tries and was also the ‘Tribute’ Player of the Month for December 2017.
In May 2018, the hooker signed a one-year contract with the Pirates.
The start of the 2019 season saw Dan hampered by a hand injury, however, he came back to full fitness & made a further 15 appearances to take his overall total for the club to 45.
In May 2020, he signed a new two-year deal with the Cornish Pirates.
Frost was the Cornish Pirates’ 2019/20 Supporters’ Player of the Season.
In May 2021, he signed a deal with Premiership side, Wasps.
He would feature 25 times for Wasps, scoring seven tries in the process, before making his switch back to the Westcountry with the Chiefs where he has become a fan favourite.
