Tom joined Gloucester ahead of the 2016/17 season from the Leicester Tigers having overcome a serious injury.
He signed a new contract in May 2018 with Gloucester Rugby.
Tom continued to be a key contributor in 2018-19 as he made 20 first team appearances.
He left Gloucester at the end of the 2020/21 season.
