Thembelani Bholi, born on 18 January 1990 in East London, South Africa, is a rugby player known for his physical presence on the field. Standing at 1.95 meters (6 feet 5 inches) tall and weighing 112 kilograms (247 pounds), he possesses significant size and strength.

Bholi attended Jamangile SS School in Maclear and represented the Border Country Districts in the Under-18 Craven Week tournaments of 2007 and 2008. After completing his schooling, he moved to Port Elizabeth and joined the Eastern Province Kings Academy, where he continued his rugby development.

His progress led to a place in the Southern Kings Super Rugby squad, where he showcased his skills and abilities. Bholi also represented the Pumas during the 2017 Currie Cup, further gaining valuable experience.

In December, Bholi signed with the Bulls for the 2018 Super Rugby season, adding 16 Super Rugby caps to his name. He spent two seasons with the Bulls before returning to the Southern Kings for the 2019/20 season.

In 2020, Bholi joined the Sharks for the Super Rugby Unlocked and Currie Cup season, bringing his talents to the Durban-based team. With his physicality and playing experience, he adds depth and strength to the Sharks' squad.
