Ollie Newman joined Saints’ Senior Academy full-time ahead of the 2019/20 season.
The back rower represented the Club in the 2018 Premiership Rugby Sevens, before a shoulder injury curtailed his 2018/19 season with Northampton’s Under-18s.
However, Saints’ coaches noticed his potential nonetheless and Newman signed his first professional contract with the Club at the end of the campaign.
In November he was named in the wide England u20 squad for the 2020 season.
