Comfortable playing across the second and back rows, Flesh produced 145 carry metres on 20 carries, 54 tackles (83.1% completion), 96 ruck arrivals, 15 lineout takes, two lineout steals, two offloads, two tackle breaks, one breakdown steal and one linebreak in his first season with the Toronto Arrows
Flesch has earned two caps for Canada since making his international debut against the United States in September 2021. He also represented Canada at the 2019 World Rugby Under-20 Trophy qualifier series.
The forward is a graduate of the Ontario Blues junior men’s provincial program and Rugby Canada’s Pacific Pride national development academy program, and played his grassroots rugby with the Cobourg Saxons (Ontario) and James Bay (British Columbia).
In November 2021, he signed a new deal with Toronto Arrows.
