She started playing rugby 6 years ago in Universitario de Sevilla, known as ‘Cocodrilas’. She started on
the second team, when the first got his promotion to National League.
Before trying rugby, Marieta also played tennis and football. In fact, her dream was to be a proffesional
football player, until she discovered rugby.
She has studied Sport Science.
