A former New Zealand Under 21’s representative who starred for the aged grade All Blacks alongside Wallaby Sekope Kepu in 2007, Power has worked hard to fit into the Brumbies way of life claiming seven Super Rugby caps along the way.
Returning to New Zealand and ITM Cup side the Bay of Plenty after the 2012 Super Rugby season, Power has improved in areas of his play and is now an unshakeable part of the Brumbies forward play.
An impressive 2m of height gives Power a distinct advantage in the line-out and the combinations he has formed with other locks like Sam Carter and Scott Fardy have set him and Brumbies forwards in good stead for the coming season.
In late August 2016, Power boosted the Waratahs squad with a two-season signing.
