Jacob Ratumaitavuki-Kneepkens attended Francis Douglas Memorial College for his high school career.
The 6ft2 wing was also a member of the Taranaki 2020 Mitre 10 Cup squad.
He was named in the Blues squad for the 2021 Super Rugby Aotearoa season.
Jacob made his debut for the Blues off the bench against the NSW Waratahs in Round Two of the Super Rugby Trans Tasman competition. However due to an abundance of talented outside backs at the club he had little game time in his three seasons there.
In 2023 during the off season, Ratumaitavuki-Kneepkens signed with the Highlanders.
