Tualima played Schoolboys and U20s for Queensland as well as representing Australia at Schoolboys level in 2014.
Following four seasons with Brisbane City in the NRC, he was handed a contract with the Reds for the 2020 season.
The versatile lock/back row option made his Queensland debut in the opening round of the Super Rugby AU season against New South Wales Waratahs and finished the year with a total of eight caps and one try which he scored against the Force in Round 8.
In December 2020, he signed a two-year extension with the Reds.

Capable of playing at centre or flanker, the 28-year-old has been part of the Australian Brumbies squad for the past two seasons, making 14 appearances in the Super Rugby competition.
Tualima has signed with the French club Colomiers ahead of the 2026/27 season.
