Big things were expected from the 1.95m Fijian 7's winger when he signed for Counties, who was sensational for his Bombay club.
He had an impressive debut year on the wing for Counties in the Mitre 10 Cup in 2017 and did enough to secure his first Super Rugby contract with the Highlanders.
Tevita has really grown over his past few years with the Highlanders and transferred that experience and growth into the Mitre 10 Cup where he was named player of the year for Counties Manukau in 2018.
After a season-ending injury in one of our pre-season fixtures in 2019, Nabura has been able to look after his body and is looking in good stead coming into the 2020 season.
