Educated at St Bede’s and University of Wales Institute, Cardiff, WIlson began playing at the age of five and was with Old Caterhamians, Warlingham and Dorking in her formative years.

She lifted the World Cup in 2014, scoring two tries against Samoa and one against both Spain and then Ireland in the semi-final.

She travelled to Rio as a non-playing reserve for Team GB sevens, and has played for Richmond, Bristol and Thurrock, and returned to Richmond at the start of the 2017 season.

Wilson made history with an unprecedented seven tries in the 64-0 win over Scotland in the Six Nations at Twickenham Stoop in March 2017.

Ahead of the 2017 Women's World Cup, she has earned 44 Test caps. Wilson opened up her campaign in fine style scoring 4 tries in the opening game against Spain.
