Gheorghe Gajion affectionately known by fans as "The Beast From The East"
Gajion is a physically imposing, powerful presence, both at the setpiece and around the field.
Capped 13 times by Moldova, Gajion has played for Russian Premier League side Bulava Taganrog, Italian club Rovigo where he gained European Challenge Cup experience and, latterly, in France with Trelissac.
In May 2018, Gajion became Ospreys' 6th signing ahead of the 2018/19 season.
After spending 2 seasons with Ospreys, Gajion joined French Pro D2 team Aurillac where he made 27 appearances.
In 2022-2023, he joined Mont-de-Marsan and played 25 matches throughout the season.
