Freddie Ngoza is versatile loose forward who represented the Pumas and Griffons at youth level before joining the Griffons senior squad in 2011.
He went to the University of the Free State in 2011 and represented the University in the Varsity Cup.
His efforts in the competition earned him a call-up to the Free State Cheetahs U21 side.
He made his first class debut in 2013 in Vodacom Cup and he was included in the Cheetahs Currie Cup side.
In 2016 he signed for the Bulls and was included in their Super Rugby and Currie Cup squads.
In August Ngoza was loaned out to the Southern Kings for the 2017/18 Pro 14 season.
