Charlie Cale made his Brumbies debut in 2023, after joining the Brumbies Pathway Program in 2021, and played four games that season, starting three.
Born in Dubbo, The King's School product was a standout for Sydney City at U19 level
2024 was his breakout year where he made the number 8 jumper his own down in Canberra scoring five tries and making 95% of his tackles in the regular season putting his hand up for a Wallaby call up.
Cale signed a 1 year contract extension with the Brumbies towards the end of the 2024 season
